I've suggested earlier that FDA was moving in the direction of greater enforcement.  Tuesday's sit-down with the press gave new Commissioner Margaret Hamburg an opportunity to make her intentions plain.

Enforcement appears to be a key part of the new philosophy at FDA.  Consider yourself warned.
